For this Project we carried out a full refurbishment of a Grade IIListed House on the estate of Kew. For this project we were appointed principle design and build contractors of a Grade II Listed building and part of the gardens. The building was a live environment with regular external events taking place.

This contract included decorations, significant electrical works, roofing and soft furnishings. A fast track programme with phases of client required access, made this a project of meeting deadlines for areas during the project. Lily Green had been involved on a previous works for other members of the Estate and came highly recommended for the project.
