The complete strip out and refurbishment of the common carried out during the summer university shutdown.

Works comprised the complete strip out of all areas and full refurbishment comprising new acoustic ceilings and wall panels, M&E adaption and renewal together with furniture an fittings. All areas were completed with new colour coordinated carpeting and furniture.
