Extensive mechanical and electrical installations were carried out along with a complete fit-out of all facilities.

The team had to work carefully to cater for the rehearsal and performance periods that took place daily within the theatre. There were also the logistics and health and safety considerations required for a construction project at the roof level, within a densely built and fully operational working environment, to consider.
